Greenlane Conference: Customs Enforcement in EU Member States and latest Developments in Free Trade Agreements
EU customs law is enforced by national authorities, which makes uniform application challenging. As a result, there are still significant differences in implementation and enforcement. Therefore, we want to discuss this topic with representatives from various national and European authorities as well as customs law practitioners from a comparative perspective.
In the second half of the event, we will focus on current developments in free trade agreements and discuss the perspectives and challenges for EU companies in LATAM trade and trade with India. The discussions will shed light on the latest developments, highlighting opportunities for companies as well as political challenges and future prospects.
We are therefore pleased to invite you to our event, which brings together officials and customs experts from Member States of the EU, Third Countries including Mexico and India to discuss practical challenges and future prospects. The event will provide a forum for knowledge sharing and constructive discussions with experts in the field.
