Jessica has worked with clients, international other counsel, and domestic government officials in numerous trade and investment related matters.
Her WTO disputes experience includes drafting, strategising and arguing disputes for sovereign governments and assisting Appellate Body divisions and WTO panels as a Dispute Settlement Lawyer at the WTO and Appellate Body Secretariat.
Jessica also has conducted review of trade remedies decisions at the domestic level as part of the Attorney-General’s Department Office of International Law’s trade measures review function.
She is an experienced advisor on international trade and investment related international and domestic law for government and private clients, and an experienced trade agreement negotiator. She has extensive experience in all areas of WTO law and has particular expertise in subsidies, quantitative restrictions, agriculture, trade in services, the movement of natural persons, telecommunications, intellectual property and trade-related investment issues.
