Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association, he studied at the University of Genoa and the Catholic University of Milan, where he specialised in international indirect taxation.

He has practised at leading national tax firms; he has been a member of the firm since 2019 and a partner since 2024, providing consultancy and assistance in the field of international trade.

He is the author of numerous articles and publications, particularly on VAT, excise duties and customs, and lectures at seminars and training courses on tax matters.

He is a board member of Greenlane – Trade Lawyers, an association comprising the leading law firms specialising in international customs matters. He is a member of the

Customs & Trade Facilitation Commission of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce.
